How much should I budget for a corporate wellness program?

You get experienced teachers for on-site corporate classes which can be tailored to meet your needs. Classes may be held in the morning, before work, at lunch time, or in the early evening, after work, at the company’s request.

Classes are offered in a course form of 4 to 8 or 12-week sessions (or longer) duration which can be held once or twice a week. The fees are $120 for the teacher to come out. Class size is limited only by the amount of space we have to work with. The class length will usually run 60 minutes (lunch time classes could be done in 50 minutes, if necessary).

Your company will need to provide a space, a conference room or meeting room, or gym, as long as table and chairs can be pushed aside for class.

Companies have three options for hosting exercise classes

1) Full subsidy: Employer offers the classes free of charge to the employee
2) Partial subsidy: Class fee is shared by employee and employer
3) Individual pay: Employees individually pay for classes, teacher collects all fees.
